Founded and owned by people with a disability, My Supports has now emerged as one of the most successful fully-NDIA registered providers in the NDIS.
My Supports provides supports to over 1,100 NDIS clients via 60 Neighbourhood Teams across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA & WA. In WA, 10% of NDIS participants have chosen My Supports as their NDIS provider!
My Supports is a peer led organisation, around 50% of all staff have a disability themselves or have significant lived experience as a family member or carer of a person with a disability. This brings a deep understanding of disability rights and the person-centred approach.
My Supports works via Neighbourhood Teams, which is where a small group of staff support around 30-35 clients. This brings a mix of skills and the value of community connections. Our driving passion is support in the community, being part of the community.
