- Coaches – This is our version of an area or regional or state manager. A Coach nurtures and supports Neighbourhood Team Leaders and Support Coordinators in their area, providing leadership and encouraging outreach and growth.
- Support roles (corporate functions) – including people and culture, finance and funding, clinical team roles, information tech and more.

We offer a range of roles across the organisation, including disability support workers, neighbourhood team leaders, coordinators and office‑based positions. Each role contributes to supporting people in their local communities.

We pride ourselves on being a community-centric organization. We work in small, local Neighbourhood Teams, allowing our team members to genuinely know their clients and communities. We also have a strong commitment to employing people with disabilities (about 70% of our staff!), fostering a peer-led approach.

Do I need qualifications to work in disability support?
Some roles require formal qualifications, while others focus more on values, lived experience and the ability to support people safely and respectfully. If a qualification is needed, it will be listed in the job description.
