Our local Neighbourhood Teams help build connections within the community. We offer a range of NDIS support services, including Advice and Support Coordination, Home Support Services, Home and Living Options, and Community Participation, designed to help individuals achieve their goals.
Advice & Support Coordination
A Neighbourhood Team Leader or Support Coordinator is your key adviser, communicator, coordinator and problem-solver. They’ll help you set goals, find the right local supports, and think about your long-term future.
Housing and Living Options
We’re experts in flexible, independent living alternatives, not just standard group homes. We can help you live where you want to live, with whom you want to live, and support you to increase your independence, even if you don’t have NDIS home and living funding.
Home Support Services
Our Support Workers provide a wide range of disability support services in your home, from help to shower and dress to support for cleaning and cooking. We’ll help match your Support Workers to your needs and preferences.
Community Participation
We help you to get more involved in your community, from building confidence in everyday tasks to engaging in a community participation group and developing skills for the future.
