Support coordination helps you understand and implement your NDIS plan.

My Supports has over 120 Team Leaders and support coordinators, all of whom can provide personalised assistance to connect you with services and maximise your NDIS benefits. We go above and beyond to ensure that you feel supported. Having a trusted point of contact that you can rely on is a key part of the service we bring.

My Supports is built on a national network of local team leaders called Neighbourhood Team Leaders (NTLs). Each NTL knows their local community and local services and manages a team of Support Workers in the area. More than 70% of our employees also have lived experience of disability. 

Most of our NTLs also provide support coordination services, and if not, they work closely with a nearby support coordinator, so we can provide a one-stop shop to support all your needs if that is what you prefer. 

If you don’t have support coordination funding as part of your NDIS plan, our NTLs can still help you understand and implement your NDIS plan.  Find a local NTL to get the conversation started!

While plan managers handle financial aspects of your NDIS plan, support coordinators focus on coordinating supports and building your capacity to navigate the NDIS. My Supports’ team leaders and support coordinators provide comprehensive support coordination that goes beyond financial management.
