If you’re seeking a space where your needs are understood and support is always available, this might be the perfect fit. If so, enquire now!
About the home
This NDIS-friendly SDA home is designed to meet the needs of residents requiring higher levels of support. Two qualified support workers are onsite at all times, providing round-the-clock assistance. The home is fully furnished and sensory-considerate, with a calm and structured environment ideal for someone who prefers low-stimulation living.
You’ll enjoy your own private bedroom with ensuite, plus shared access to two lounge rooms and a modern kitchen. Located in Winter Valley, the house is close to public transport, shops, and community services.
Your fellow resident and housemate
The current resident is a kind and gentle individual living with Autism Level 3 (ASD3). He is non-verbal, communicates through alternative methods, and prefers a quiet, predictable environment. He enjoys parallel activities, peaceful surroundings, and a structured routine.
Is this the right home for you?
We are seeking another NDIS participant who:
- Is comfortable with, or also living with, Autism or another disability
- Values a respectful, quiet, and structured living environment
- Is happy to share space without the pressure of socialising
- Has SDA and Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding
We value compatibility, respect, and safety above all. Whether you’re non-verbal, semi-verbal, use AAC, or simply want to share space with someone who gets it, this could be the perfect fit!
