NDIS Provider in Brisbane & Queensland
Local NDIS support, right across Queensland
Choosing an NDIS provider is really about choosing the people who’ll be part of your week. At My Supports, that’s a local Queensland team – support workers and coordinators who know your region, across Brisbane’s south, Logan, the Gold Coast, Ipswich and out to Toowoomba. We deliver everyday core supports and help you explore your home and living options, because the right support should fit your life, not a template.
The QLD areas we support
Our Neighbourhood Teams work close to home, so you get consistent faces rather than a call centre. We have local teams across South-East Queensland and the Darling Downs:
- Brisbane south & Logan – Mt Gravatt, Springwood, Sunnybank, Woodridge, Shailer Park
- Gold Coast – Southport, Broadbeach, Coomera, Currumbin
- Ipswich & the Scenic Rim – Ipswich, Rosewood, Boonah
- Moreton Bay (north) – Caboolture and surrounds
- Toowoomba & the Darling Downs
Support that fits your life
Most people come to us for the day-to-day support that makes life run smoothly. Across Queensland our support workers help with:
- Assistance with daily life – personal care, routines, getting out the door
- Community and social participation – getting to the things you enjoy
- In-home support – a hand around the house so your home stays yours
- Building skills and independence, at whatever pace works for you
Supported Independent Living - and what comes before it
If you’ve been told Supported Independent Living (SIL) is the path, you’re not alone – it’s the option most people hear about first, and we provide it across Brisbane and Queensland. But here’s what often gets skipped: SIL is one option, not the only one.
Respite and short breaks
Everyone needs a break sometimes – participants and families both. We arrange respite and short-term supports across Queensland so you can rest, travel or simply reset, knowing the right support is in place.

Why a local Queensland team makes the difference
Big national providers can feel exactly like that - big and national. My Supports is built around local Neighbourhood Teams: the same familiar workers, people who know your suburb and community, faster responses when plans change, and real local knowledge of Queensland’s NDIS landscape.

Does My Supports get involved in the local disability community in Brisbane?
Yes. Together with Nurse Next Door, Nexus Care Services and Talk Health Therapy, we co-host the Disability and Allied Health Networking Event in Brisbane South. It runs every two months at Garden City Library, Upper Mount Gravatt (Level R4, near the Yellow carpark at Westfield Mt Gravatt). Each meeting has guest speakers and time to catch up over coffee with others in the sector. See upcoming dates and register on Eventbrite.
Is My Supports an NDIS provider in Brisbane?
Yes. We deliver NDIS supports across Brisbane and much of Queensland through local Neighbourhood Teams. Find your nearest team leader by entering your postcode into our finder tool.
Do you offer Supported Independent Living (SIL) in Queensland?
We do – and we’ll also help you consider whether SIL is genuinely the best fit, or whether an Individualised Living Option (ILO) or another arrangement would suit you better.
What’s the difference between SIL and ILO?
SIL is shared support in a home, usually with other participants. ILO is a personalised design for how you want to live – living alone, with a housemate or with a host – blending paid and informal support around you.
Which parts of Queensland does My Supports cover?
We are registered to provide supports across the whole of Queensland. We have local teams across South-East Queensland and the Darling Downs – Brisbane’s south and Logan, the Gold Coast, Ipswich and the Scenic Rim, the Caboolture area, and Toowoomba. We are actively expanding into other areas, so if you see a need or are having difficulty sourcing supports in your area, contact us to see what we can do.
Can I switch to My Supports from another provider?
Yes – changing providers is your right under the NDIS, and we can make the move straightforward. Get in touch to talk it through.
